In 1977, Howard Wolkoff and Bob Weitzman came together to form Group One Investments. They chose the name Group One because a Group acting as One is the strongest form of team. More than three decades later, we achieve much of our success because we've brought together a unique team of people with complementary skill sets and personalities. Our three principals each bring a vital ingredient to Group One. Bob Wolkoff has investment and acquisition expertise, ensuring each investment is based on sound investment principles and properly managed. Peter Siegal brings architecture and development expertise, which allows us to fully understand and redevelop undervalued assets. Benjamin Galler brings finance and accounting expertise, helping us structure each investment opportunity to maximize investors' after tax returns. Our three principals form a Group that acts as One.
